What a refreshing change to experience good old fashioned customer service where nothing is too much trouble.  I have no hesitation in recommending Envy Windows and the professional service. We had a very large 3.5m wide x 2m high window replaced, with the bottom half bricked up with stone bricks and a new window on the top half. In addition, cladding that went across the front of the house was replaced and insulation added. As promised, the main work was completed in one day, with the internal wall plastered the following day. We were so happy with the skill, efficiency and courtesy of the team. Just had new soffets, facias, windows and doors fitted. Every step of the process has been excellent. Neil  in sales was so patient whilst I was choosing exactly what I wanted. Paul and Les the fitters were absolutely outstanding,  They did an amazing job, so clean and tidy when working and so helpful going above and beyond. I would recommend Envy without hesitation. I couldn't be happier with the fantastic job Envy windows did fitting our new French doors and kitchen window. From start to finish, their workmanship was excellent, and the finished result looks amazing. As I wasn't able to be there during the installation, communication was especially important, and they kept me updated throughout the day with regular messages and photos. It was reassuring to know everything was progressing smoothly, and they were always happy to answer any questions. They were professional, friendly, hardworking. It's clear they take real pride in their work, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Envy windows to anyone. The only small issue we had was with our German Shepherd, Rubee. She wasn't entirely satisfied with the amount of fuss and cuddles she received during the day and feels she deserves additional payment for her assistance and supervision duties! I recently had a door canopy fitted by Envy Windows and couldn't be happier with the result.  Colin the salesman was very pleasant, and not pushy at all. Just went through the choices and left us to contact him once we had made our choice. The fitters were very professional and took care not to damage the garden even though it was tight working between borders and shrubs. I’ll be honest — I was dreading booking a double glazing salesperson. Envy Windows completely flipped that perception on its head. When Colin arrived, the difference was immediate. No pushy sales pitch — just relaxed, knowledgeable advice. He felt more like a design engineer than a salesperson. We thought we knew what we wanted, but he listened properly and opened up better options across different budgets, without a hint of pressure. “No rush. Take your time.” And he meant it. We had three other companies quote us — all decent — but Envy were on another level. Not the cheapest, but easily the best value for quality, service, and overall experience. The showroom visit sealed it. Relaxed, welcoming, no pressure — just hands-on with the products and a real genuine conversation over a cuppa. We hadn’t planned to commit that day, but the decision made itself. We ordered 8 new windows and 1 new composite door. Timeline? Quoted 6–7 weeks… installed in 4. Communication throughout was spot on. Mark even flagged a trim issue on the door before installation — already reordered and sorted without us needing to chase. Installation guys Mick and Matt were brilliant. On time, professional, easy to get along with, and meticulous. Constantly cleaning as they worked — the house genuinely looked better when they left. We did have two cracked units on arrival. These things happen. What matters is how it’s handled — and Envy were exceptional. One call, immediate action, replacements fitted within days alongside the new door. That’s what sets a company apart. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserved one. From start to finish, Envy delivered — not just on product, but on people, service, and doing things properly. We’ll be back next year for another door plus fascias and soffits. Highly recommended. the whole process with Envy windows was brilliant, Colin who came to give as quote, (great communication)John & Adam who fitted the windows (came over a time of 3 days, left things clean & tidy at the end of the day & did a cracking job & I'm really pleased) & the rest of the team too. Any issues sorted out swiftly.  Fabulous locally run company, would highly recommend.  unusually.. I'm looking forward to next winter, so I can test out my triple glazing! if you are planning on even only getting a quote from this company I highly recommend Colin not only is he a genuine guy he is funny he doesn't pressure you into buying.  he does not rush you and spends time getting to know you and your pet in my case.  I felt so comfortable with him. He was just like one of the family.  He is the sort of guy you NEED.  Before he had even got off of my street I had decided him and his team I want working at my house.
